Together the Brooklyn-based duo Matt & Kim are on a never-ending tour for the love of rock. Attend a Matt & Kim show and the first thing you will note is that they couldn't love playing music more. Beaming smiles, exuberant voices and in an instant, the crowd is swept up with the energy. And Matt & Kim will play anywhere. From suburban basements to metropolitan loft parties to bijoux theatres, the intimacy is ever-present as the flow of energy exudes from the band to their screaming fans and back again in a most pleasant feedback loop. While Matt & Kim set to release their eponymous debut full-length on IHEARTCOMIX this October, early supporters such as SOMA and CMJ Monthly featured the band in their respective July issues, and URB are set to run a story in their upcoming November issue.
