Welcome to the Postal Service, an electronica- emo duo featuring, Death Cab for Cuties' Ben Gibbard and Dntel's Jimmy Tamborello.
The fout track disc, starts with title track 'Some Great Heights' with the piter pat of electronica beats and syths composed by Tamborello, catchy guitar hooks and poppy Pet Shop Boy-esque vocals delivered by Gibbard.
The spacey 'There's Never Enough TIme' is filled with sequenced keys and riviting drum programming and delicate melting vocals and beautiful guitar arrangements.
The jangly third track entitled 'We Become Silouettes' is performed by The Shins
The final track is a beautiful cover of 'Some Great Heights' by Florida's Samuel Beam AKA Iron and Wine.
The disc is short I recomend checking out the forthcoming album on SubPop entitled 'Give Up.'
